Cancellation Policy

Once your appointment is scheduled, you will be expected to pay for it unless you provide at least 48 business hours advance notice of cancellation. Business hours are considered the weekdays, during the hours of 9am-7pm, and do not include evenings, weekends, or holidays when the office is closed. This means that if you have an appointment on Monday at 4pm, you must cancel by the previous Thursday at 4pm to avoid being charged. If you do not provide at least 48 business hours’ notice, or fail to show for a scheduled appointment, you are responsible for the full customary cost of the session.

If you are more than 20 minutes late and have not contacted me to let me know, I will assume that you are not coming to the session.

Insurance

You are asked to contact your insurance company about your benefits. If for any reason a claim is denied, it is your responsiblility to contact the insurance company to clear up any reasons for its denial. You are responsible for verifying insurance coverage, obtaining any necessary pre-authorization, and resolving any claim denials. I do not accept health insurance for co-founder partnership coaching.
